c. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Software or digital products that have been opened or downloaded.

2. Return Process

a. Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at or with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

b. Packaging and Shipping:

  • Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all components.
  • Clearly label the package with the RMA number provided by our customer service team.
  • Ship the package to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

c. Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the product is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Process

a. Product Exchanges:
To exchange a product, follow the same procedure as for returns. Specify the item you would like in exchange, and we will check its availability. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the condition of the returned item.

b. Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund.

b. Lost Shipments:
If your shipment is lost, please notify us as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier. If the package cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or refund.

5. Warranty and Repairs

a. Warranty Coverage:

b. Warranty Claims:
